789 A Bylaw for the purpose of entering into an agreement with various other municipalities to provide for the operation of a regional library system.
799 A Bylaw for the regulation and licensing of concerts.
873 A Bylaw for the purpose of preventing the parking of vehicles on highways for the purpose of loading or unloading water.

1030 A Bylaw to amend Dog Control Bylaw 985 to add the Hamlet of Rowley to the licensing, regulation and confinement of Dog provisions contained in Bylaw No. 985  - Approved March 24, 1998.
1031 A Bylaw to provide for the control and operation of parks and campgrounds under the jurisdiction of the Municipal District of Starland No. 47 (Parks Bylaw)  - Approved April 14, 1998
1037 Amending Bylaw to Hamlet of Craigmyle Water System Bylaw 1006 to establish a re-connection fee for temporary disconnection of water services.
1040 A Bylaw to establish the administrative structure of Starland County in relation to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and to set fees thereunder (FOIP)  Repeals Bylaw 989.
1041 A Bylaw of Starland County in the Province of Alberta to establish Regulations and Procedures for the retention and disposal of County records.

1059 A Bylaw to Amend Bylaw 1026 to permit the Special Constable to have flexibility to regulate permitted moves when road and weather conditions warrant restrictions.
1060 A Bylaw of Starland County to impose burning barrel restriction on properties lying within the Hamlet boundaries – Approved – April 23, 2002.
1063 Water and Sewer Utilities Bylaw – A Bylaw to provide for the regulation, operation and maintenance of a water system and sewer system in the Hamlets, and the levying of rates and charges thereof.
1064 A Bylaw to regulate land use and development in Starland County.  Land Use Bylaw – October 08, 2002.  Land Use Bylaw 1064 also rescinds Land Use Bylaw 918 and all amendments thereto. If you need a copy of this bylaw, you must purchase it from our Office.
1065 A Bylaw of Starland County to authorize the County to enter into a membership agreement with the Badlands Ambulance Services Society for delivery of ambulance services in the Drumheller region. – January, 2003
