DESCRIPTION:21st Annual Southern Alberta Grazing School for Women:\nSeven Persons Community Hall - Seven Persons, AB\nJuly 24th & 25th, 2024\n \nTopics covered will include:\n\nRange & riparian health\n\n\nHands-on Plant identification\n\n\nGrazing Principles and Practices\nLocal Ranching Women Stories\n\nThe cost of the two day event is $125.00.\nThis cost includes:\n\nBreakfast, lunch, and supper on July 24th\nBreakfast and lunch on July 25th\nCourse materials and plant identification book\n\nRegistration deadline: July 16th\nWhat is the arrangement of the school? Hands-on learning (out in the pasture) and indoor presentations, about half of each day. Please come prepared for all weather conditions and walking outside in a pasture setting. We will have live music for evening entertainment July 24th.\nPayment may be made online with a credit card, or by cheque made payable to the "Riparian Management Society". Please note that your registration is not considered final until payment is received.\nWe encourage you to register online, but if that is not possible, you may register by contacting Marnel with Cows and Fish at 403-382-0927.\nParking is free; if you plan to stay overnight on site, then you must book 1 of the limited number of camping spots.
