This department handles the operation and maintenance of all utility facilities owned and operated by Starland County. This includes:

• the Water Treatment and Distribution systems in the Hamlets

• the water truck fill stations

• the sewer and wastewater collection and treatment facilities

• the regulation of Oil and Gas development within the county

• pipeline construction

• utility locations

• access development

• All utility moves are coordinated through this department for facilitation of road construction works.
