Minimum Requirements:

Located on the East half of NW-12-31-20 W4, Parcel 1 has 702 grazing days available for the 2026 season. The grazing period will run from July 1, 2026, until September 30, 2026. All bids must be in price per grazing day. The bidder must maintain fencing during the grazing period. Sealed tenders labelled “Lease Land Tender” may be submitted by mail or hand delivery no later than 3:30 pm on April 22, 2026.
