Starland County 2021-2031 Strategic Plan

Starland County 2021-2031 Strategic Plan lists Economic Growth as its first priority and is now embarking on an Economic Development Strategy to guide them.  Consequently, the main objectives of this project are to prepare an Economic Development Strategy and an Action Plan, which will provide a roadmap for key sectors regarding growth within Starland County, completed by Schollie Research and Consulting.
