Vendors submitting invoices for payment can expect payment within 30 days of Starland County receiving the invoice.  All invoices will be paid by cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer.

Accounts Receivable Bills can be paid in the following ways:

1. In person at our office by way of cash, cheque, Interac or credit card (MasterCard or Visa only). Please be advised that credit card payments are subject to additional service fees.
2. Online or telephone banking with the following financial institutions:

• CIBC
• ATB Financial
• Bank of Nova Scotia
• Bank of Montreal
• Credit Union. 

*When paying by way of online or telephone banking, please allow 3 to 5 days for your financial institution to process your payments adequately.  Starland County has NO control over processing times.

3. By mailing our office a cheque.
