2025 Operational Grants for Libraries

The Council of Starland County is requesting proposals from organizations, individuals and local governments within the boundaries of Starland County, for the 2025 Library Operational Grant. This operational assistance is designated to assist libraries within the County with the ongoing operational expenses such as utilities for these facilities, as well as expenses related to operational programming, supplies, overhead costs and/or improvements.

Applications must include the following:
1. The latest audited financial statement of the organization.
2. A proposed budget for the current year.
3. A summary of expected operational expenses.
4. The amount of the grant requested.
5. A cover letter outlining what the requested funding will be utilized for.

Please note that the operational expenses must be incurred in 2025.
There is a limited amount of funds available for operational assistance.
Requests for funding assistance must be sent to the following address and must be received prior to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025.
